A young man was deeply in love with a young girl. He couldn’t figure out how to show his feelings. Finally, he decided to give her a rose to express his love.
He went to the garden to pick the perfect flower. When he reached out for the most beautiful rose, its thorn pricked him. He couldn’t pluck the rose.
Even though his hands hurt, he thought he had to show his love no matter what. So, he tied the roses together and headed to the girl.
On the way, he was walking with a friend and explained the pain from the thorn and how hard it was.
His friend said, “Anyone who tries to give a rose gets pricked by its thorns.”
