A Farmer and a Cow

There was a farmer who had a cow. He was really kind and took good care of his cow. The farmer gave the oxen clean water, good food, and made sure they stayed healthy.

The cow were treated with respect and care by the farmer because of his deep love for them. The cow gave the farmer plenty of milk every day. The farmer would sell the milk at the market daily to buy things his household needed.

There was a strong bond of devotion and loyalty between the farmer and his cow. This good relationship went on for many years.

One day, after noticing a lot of grass growing in the field near his home, the farmer came back. Then he went to another village to take care of an important errand.

Seeing the new pastures, the cow was really happy and satisfied. At that moment, the cow quietly thanked the farmer a lot.

The cow had eaten a lot of grass and felt full. Tired in the afternoon, the cow took a little nap there. While the cow was sleeping, a cobra sneaked up and bit cow’s ankle. The cow cried out, but no one came to help. Before long, the cow was dead.

When the farmer came to take the cow for milking, he found the cow dead. He was really sad and cried, looking up at the sky.
